Product information is readily located in our catalogs, this web site and if not covered there could be addressed via this new medium. Our catalogs have always provided copious product information to inform and enlighten. Not all parts are equal and we always try to point out those differences so you are not fooled by other. Zip has adopted the same trade names we have instituted, but seldom is the content even near the same. That's why we list the contents and they don't.

I cannot answer e-mail questions regarding the status of any individual order - because - I do not go to the warehouse and see those matters.
